Yelp CEO Uses BAT's Brave Browser During On-Air Appearance With 60 Minutes

Basic Attention Token (BAT) is an ERC20 token is a blockchain-based digital advertising platform focused on measuring users’ attention, and allowing publishers to deliver less frequent, but more relevant ads. Brave Browser is a privacy-focused web browser that is built on the BAT ecosystem.

Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman made an appearance on 60 minutes to discuss Google’s swelling power over the internet. In the piece, Stoppelman demonstrates a Google search using the brave browser.

Although crypto was not the primary focus of the program, the event proves that adoption is happening, and various crypto projects are slowly trickling into the mainstream.
